  4. Welcome To KudoÆ Image Browser for Windows...

  6. Kudo allows you to quickly browse through your images,
  7. find the one you want, and open the image or place it into your
  8. document -- Quick As A Click!
  9.  
  10. Since this is a read only version of KudoÆ Image Browser
  11. for Windows, you may not create new catalogs, delete from,
  12. nor update an existing catalog.  
  13.

  19. ******* General Notes about Kudo Image Browser Features ********
  20.  
  21. A very exciting feature of KudoÆ Image Browser for Windows is
  22. the ability to open an image from your Kudo catalog with another 
  23. application (Ex. Photoshop) just by clicking and holding on the thumbnail 
  24. you want to open, and dragging it into your application. This eliminates
  25. the chore of importing images by clumsy file dialog boxes.
  26.  
  27. This will work for many applications, but not all, so you should just
  28. try it and see what programs you have that will accept our Drag & Drop.
  29.  
  30. Another fantastic feature is the ability to "Drag & Place" an Image
  31. into Pagemaker v4.2 and Later and Word for Windows 2.0, just by clicking
  32. and holding on a thumbnail and dragging it onto your open document.

  34. You may do the same thing with Quark Xpress v3.11, 3.12 and v3.2(BETA), but
  35. you must first copy the file "M_QUARK.XXT" from the Kudo directory into
  36. your Quark Xpress directory.
